KinoVela uses AI-assisted tools for selected stages of concept development, image or motion generation, editing and quality control. The exact workflow depends on the brief, required accuracy and rights position. Concept studies on this site are labeled as such.

Client-provided material

Clients and partners must have the authority to provide logos, products, footage, photography, music, fonts, scripts, personal data and reference material. Supplying an asset does not automatically make every downstream use lawful.

Likeness and voice

We do not knowingly clone or imitate an identifiable person’s likeness or voice for commercial delivery without documented authorization appropriate to the intended usage. Testimonial-style scripts must not imply an unsolicited customer endorsement.

Tool and source review

Before final delivery, the project scope should identify the intended channels, territories, term, source assets and any third-party license conditions. Where generative output cannot provide sufficient product or text accuracy, supplied assets, 3D, compositing or conventional production may be required.

Music, fonts and stock

Third-party music, font, stock and voice licenses are handled according to the selected provider and agreed project scope. A preview license or platform subscription does not necessarily grant every form of paid, broadcast or perpetual commercial use.

Client approval and records

Clients remain responsible for approving product claims, legal copy, regulated statements, product accuracy and final intended use. Project-specific rights and delivery terms belong in the signed agreement and supersede this general website explanation.
