Portfolio and concept work

Work labeled “concept study” is independent creative research. It is not a client campaign, customer testimonial, product specification or claim of affiliation. Names and trademarks belonging to others remain the property of their respective owners.

Intellectual property

Unless a page states otherwise, the site design, written material and original audiovisual presentation are provided by KinoVela Studios and may not be republished, sold or used to train a commercial system without written permission. Quotation for commentary or reference must remain limited, attributed and lawful.

No project engagement through browsing

Browsing the site or sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship or reserve production capacity. Project scope, fees, rights, confidentiality, deliverables and acceptance terms are established only in a separate written agreement.
